Jen + Justin went with the flow all day long— the didn’t even bat an eye when the ceremony got moved inside and kept a smile on their faces all day.
From the first look until the end of the night, these two were gracious and kind to their guests, loving and attentive to each other, and ALL about photos— which, personally 😉 , is a crowd pleaser on this end! If you photographer wants to take you out for sunset photos, you say yes 100x over!

The Palumbo-Klay team, and I don’t say team lightly, had some of my favorite vows I’ve ever heard. They were so sincere throughout the day and they have a partnership that others only dream of— holding each other at the highest esteem. Every glance, every light touch, hair brush back, hang on shoulder— every tiny thing that went unseen spoke to the love these two have for each other.
For those of you guys out there wondering— Yes, you can accidentally hit the girl of your dreams in the face during volleyball AND unintentionally blow her off by basically telling her you’re indefinitely busy… AND STILL manage to marry her and start an amazing life together. Hope— this team gives all of us hope. 🙂

Morgan and Tim were every little bit of adorable— from their first look, right down to their first dance their love showed with every glance and every kiss.
Mother Nature threw us a few curveballs, as she normally does here in the midwest but we managed to sneak in the perfect day in Jacksonville, IL. With every moment better than the last, it was such a pleasure to work with these two and their wedding party!

Every so often I get to do some candid commercial work and recently I was able to hang out in the studio of Mill Creek Pottery in Pawnee, IL with the potters— learning, documenting, and laughing all morning.
It’s the first time I’ve ever seen two grown men do double summersault in person and the first time I’ve photographed with an adorable pup between my legs 80% of the time.
I had a blast!
